PD Library

THE PD LIBRARY by Richard Karsmakers/ST Club Eindhoven

You  might already have noticed elsewhere in ST NEWS that I  have 
decided  to cast off the PD Library to ST  Club  Eindhoven.  They 
have the biggest PD Library of the Benelux (and maybe the biggest 
Library  of the whole of Europe),  being well over 200  disks  in 
size,  and  in this article you can read how to order  PD  disks. 
And, of course, you can read WHICH PD disks are sold.

This list has been compiled in much of a hurry,  so many programs 
are  not  yet  included  in this list (like  the  PD  software  I 
reviewed in this issue's "ST Software News" and the disk magazine 
"ST  Info".  Some of "F.A.S.T.E.R."'s PD is also included in  the 
actual  library,  but not yet in this list.  The PD library  also 
covers ALL PD from the German magazine ST Computer.

If you order PD from ST Club Eindhoven,  you simply buy the  disk 
with  the  program  on it - a setup  rather  different  from  the 
previous  setup.   As  ST  Club  Eindhoven  is  no  philantopical 
institute, they want to get paid for copying as well. The prices, 
however, are still very low.
Just look at the next page for ordering conditions and prices.
PD  Software can be bought directly at the usergroup meetings  of 
ST  Club  Eindhoven,  or  can be  purchased  by  transfering  the 
required amount of money to giro number 5454376, t.n.v. Stichting 
User Support, P.O. Box 1424, 5602 BK Eindhoven, where you'll have 
to mention the disk numbers and/or titles of the disks.

This  list of Public Domain will surely turn out to  be  old,  as 
there  have already been a lot of additions to the PD Library  of 
ST  Club  Eindhoven after this article was prepared.  I  need  to 
thank Tako Jan Goossen (ST Club Eindhoven's PD man) for the  work 
he did for making this list in Dutch - all I did was  translating 
it!
