Flexichron is a Swedish union and the members (crews) are: The
Invizibles, Bomb Squad (also known as Trimate), Offbase,
Frontline, Hack Pack and The Futures. Some other crews will very
soon join us so don't take the memberlist too serious because it
will be longer!! Flexichron was formed one year ago by The
Invizibles (TIV/DS). We are working on a very nice megademo
(which is a bit delayed) called Flexichron Demo (not original but
wot de fak). The menu will look like "Dungeon Master". When we
started to make this demo we had not seen a DM look-alike menu.
We are also the second Swedish "union". Phalanx was the first. We
have been around for a while but we have not released so many
screens (but we have made a lot). We first started to think about
this demo in November 1990. We have been quite lazy during the
summer.. It will be released but don't ask me when. Wait for it!!
Some Flexichron productions to remember: Lady Lucy, Gurami
Paint, Power run, some shoot-em-up and much more...
The Invizibles have made some guestscreens for some mega-demos
by well-known groups.
Perhaps you want to know the history of The Invizibles: TIV was
formed in May 1990. Dark Shadow (I) formed TIV. I had been
interested in demos for a while... I bought my first ST in the
very end of 1988, or was it one of the first days of 1989?? The
first demo I got was The Union Demo and I really enjoyed it (but
now it's too old). I can tell you a lot about other computers
I've worked with and some shitty stuff I made ages ago but I
don't want to. So let's continue... Our first screen was Sverje
Screen which had some horisontal rasters (just like in The toilet
demo by 2 Life Crew (check Whattaheck)). One biiiig and many
small ones, some quite original horisontal scrollers and some
ordinary vertical scrollers, an ugly flag (sprite) and colours!!
Lots of movement but very boring. We also made an "unseen" screen
which was so fuckin' boring that we never really spread it. We've
also made: Vendetta (a vertical hardwarescroll, bytebender and a
bigscroller, never released), Green Screen (landscape scroller,
bytebender, 5 sprites in four bitplanes (32*32), never released),
TLT Convention Screen (two big animated faces, a big bytebender
and a soundtrackertune, not very well spread), Megadist (a
horisontal bar-scroller, a big megadist, a nice scroller with a
few different effects, the lower border removed, lots of colours
(you can choose different palettes), The snake n' sword screen (a
soundtracker-tune, a very nice picture by Hawk, 5 sprites 32*32
four bitplanes, a vertical scroller and a horisontal scroller),
Huuuuhhhh screen (linevector objects - choose between a lot of
objects, speeds, curves and more, a bytebender (2 bitplanes,
32*32 pixels), a soundtrackertune, 4 vu-metres (32*32 pixels, 4
bitplanes), a 32*32 pixels and four bitplanes distorting picture,
a 160*40 pixels water-dist (2 bitplanes) and more... The
Arwide guestscreen (the third bitbender ever made on ST! (only
Electra and Electronic Images had done one before), rasters, a
Mad Max tune with digidrums and a picture (done very quickly - we
could have had more things on the screen). The TCB & 2 Life Crew
convention screen (lots of bytebenders (over the whole screen),
graphics, the lower, left and right borders removed; there's a
horisontal scroller and a Hippie-tune). We're scrolling the whole
screen! We have done lots of things but (unfortunately) we have
not released so much... Check our coming megademo and our guest-
screens for some of the new megademos...
Contact me for any reason.

NOW FOR THE THING ABOUT THAT FORTHCOMING MEGAPARTY IN SWEDEN
*** Yo matey, let's paaaartey!! Move your ass and visit us! ***
FLEXICHRON'S (ST) AND YPSILON'S (AMIGA) LEAP YEAR PARTY!!
We're more than proud to invite you to our party which will be
held 28/2 - 1/3, 1992 in Ånge (in the middle of Sweden). This
party is mainly a music, graphics and demo party. Many of the
well-known ST-groups will attend and there will also be a lot of
Amiga-folx! Only people that are atleast 13 years old will be
allowed to attend. Only Amiga, Atari ST, PC and better computers
are allowed (no eight bit machines, sorry!). This will probably
be the party of the year!!! It depends on you! So come to our
party and have a really cool weekend. So guys, go to your travel
agency now!! You're very welcome!! Do you want action? We got
it!! Visit our party! There is also information in the biggest
Swedish computer magazine - SHN (yeah!). To all swedes: read
there about our party!
Competitions during the party!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
* Music contest - modules, digi-sound (Atari/Amiga).
* Graphics competition (Atari/Amiga, any painting prg).
* The best demoscreen for Atari ST.
* The best demoscreen for Amiga.
* Some secret competitions (some very funny)!!
We will show all contributions for the competition in the
assembly hall (with an RGB-projector). We'll also play all tunes.
We'll blow the sonic barrier ! (?!?) ! All visitors will get a
voting card (one man - one vote). The prizes will be colour
monitors and other great stuff.
I think we'll have the best prizes for any party ever!!!
How much must I pay to attend at this brill party??
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The admission fee is 40 Skr (about 3,5 Pounds, 6$, 10 GMark) if
you pay now. Or 80 Skr if you pay at the entrance. You can send
your money to (no coins): Lars Johansson, Bobergsv. 36, S-841 00
Ånge, Sweden. Don't forget to include your real name, hackername
and address. Please tell me which crew you belong to.
What if I'm so stoopid that I wanna sleep??
-----------------------------------------------------------------
I don't really think that you want to sleep but if you do then
we'll have classrooms where U can sleep.
What we will sell at the party.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
We will sell food (pizza), Coke, blank disks and other necessary
things.
Do I have to walk all the way to the school??
-----------------------------------------------------------------
We will drive your computers, monitors and other luggage to
Bobergsskolan (the school (party)). We will place posters with a
special phone-number everywhere, just phone and we'll fetch your
luggage. Anyway, it's only 500 metres to walk.
Am I allowed to get pissed??
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The answer is simply NO! because we don't want to clean the
floor, get the furniture destroyed and we simply hate the smell
of vomit. If you want to drink alcohol then do it some other
weekend. Drunk people will be thrown out. Wi will allow cider,
beer (not stronger than swedish class II). Remember this.
Computers are not cheap stuff!
DON'T GET DRUNK!!
Where can I sit??
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Well, we've got a whole school to fill so stay calm!! All well-
known crews can sit in one of the two BIG rooms (if they don't
insist to sit in a classroom). All other people can sit in
classrooms.
If you want to ask anything about the party...
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Phone the party-general at this number: +46 (0)690 10340 and ask
for Lars. Please phone 15.30 - 18.30 (half past three pm to half
past five pm, swedish time). I prefer that you call me on Friday,
Saturday or Sunday... If you're a swede and want to talk with an
Ypsilon-member just call this number: 0691-32878 and ask for
Dennis. You can also send a letter to this address: Lars
Johansson, Bobergsv. 36, S-84100 Ange, Sweden.
I really hope that YOU will visit our megaparty! We'll even make
a partydemo (ST) if there is enough interest.
Some megademos will perhaps be released (I can't promise
anything).
Many ST and Amiga crews will attend so you'd better come here!
There will be many surprises!! You can't miss it, huh???
The following ST-groups will attend
-----------------------------------------------------------------
* All Flexichron members.
* The CareBears.
* More hackers, cyberpunks, freaks..
Invitations are sent to all well-known groups so watch your
mailbox!!! See ya at 'de party!! Do ya wanna meet your fave
democrews?? This is where to look!!
This list will be much longer (and I really mean MUCH). If you
will attend then write the name of your crew in the list. And
spread this file to all your friends and spread it to all
Bulletin Board Systems.
Yep, you're right pal! This will be the best demoparty of
1992!!! So dudes and dudettes come and join us for three days of
